Shipping policy

Our products are fulfilled and shipped through Printify's network of print providers. Production typically begins within 1–5 business days after an order is placed, though production times may vary depending on the product and provider.

Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery rests with the shipping carrier. Tracking information will be provided when available.
