Return & Refund Policy

Because all of our products are made to order using a print-on-demand production model, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has entered production.

We are unable to offer refunds or returns for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Color differences due to screen or device settings
  • Personal preference after receiving the item
  • Ordering the wrong item or design

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

We only offer replacements or refunds if the item you receive is:

  • Damaged or defective
  • Incorrect design or product received
  • Poor print quality due to production error
  • Lost in transit (confirmed by carrier investigation)

If you experience any of these issues, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item.

Resolution Process

Once your claim is reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once the order has been fulfilled and shipped.
